You will discover how to successfully plan and carry out projects in this class. This includes project planning with work-breakdown structures, time management, and personnel planning through project success control and financial accounting. We’ll also explore software tools you must master for Task Management, in addition to good written communication, and receiving feedback as ways to make the team function well together. Finally, we’ll talk about more complex subjects like media planning, CRM tools, and standard operating procedures.
