In recent years, the University of Applied Sciences Koblenz has become the largest university of Applied Sciences in Rhineland-Palatinate. There are now close to 10,000 students studying at three campuses in Koblenz, Remagen and Höhr-Grenzhausen. They can choose from a total of about 70 mathematical and technical as well as economic, social science and even art courses. Various bachelor’s and master’s degrees are offered, such as full-time studies, dual studies or distance learning. Short training periods, modern laboratories, a good supervision ratio and great practical relevance make studying at Koblenz University of Applied Sciences particularly attractive. In addition, our continuing education program promotes lifelong learning at a high level, while the Graduate Center supports our doctoral students in their doctoral projects.

MIC (i.e. Managing Innovation and Collaboration) Group was founded by Mareike Heinzen, Professor for Innovation Management and Leadership at RheinAhrCampus, in 2020. MIC Group consists of interdisciplinary researchers in the field of innovation, collaboration and entrepreneurship who represent generating and exchanging scientific knowledge and transferring it into teaching and management. Current research focuses on the management of Innovation Ecosystems and Innovation Spaces (esp. corporate makerspaces), Industry-Startup Collaboration (i.e. transmission of entrepreneurial behavior into established firms) and Innovation Culture (e.g. entrepreneurial mindset and education).

Competence Center for Studies and Career - University of Koblenz-Landau
The Competence Center for Studies and Career is a central institution of the University of Koblenz-Landau and offers voluntary preliminary courses, target group specific orientation, integration and participation offers in the study entry phase, programs for vocationally qualified students, curricularly anchored key competence courses and coaching for students in specific bachelor programs, and offers for students changing their studies.
The Competence Center links institutions and projects of the university that offer interdisciplinary qualifications and contributes to a better visibility of the diverse offers.
